By using our site, you confirm that:
- You've read and agree to follow these Terms
- If you're using the site for a company, you have permission to act on their behalf
- You're old enough to legally agree to these Terms
- If you're a homeowner, you own the property or have permission to arrange work on it
- You'll follow these Terms and all applicable laws
- You understand these Terms are a legally binding document
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not continue to use the Service.
WEFIXYOURPAD SERVICES FOR HOMEOWNERS
To request renovation services, homeowners need to provide their location, the type of work needed, and contact details through our website. After submitting a request, contractors may contact homeowners about providing the requested services.
Please note that any agreements made are directly between homeowners and contractors. WeFixYourPad is not involved in these agreements and does not guarantee any services, including price, quality, timing, or materials used. Homeowners and contractors are responsible for communicating with each other, agreeing on terms, and resolving any disputes themselves. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a contractor will contact you or agree to do the work.
WeFixYourPad and contractors are separate entities. Contractors are not employees, representatives or partners of WeFixYourPad and cannot make agreements on our behalf. Neither party can create obligations for the other.
Homeowners must provide accurate information about services they receive (or don't receive) from contractors. Please notify us if a contractor asks you to report false information about services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
WeFixYourPad Content
We own and operate this service.
The service includes all content like text, images, designs, trademarks, code and other materials ("Content"). We own or license all Content except for your personal data and any content you submit ("User Content"). All Content is protected by intellectual property laws. You must keep all copyright notices and follow all restrictions on Content.
If you follow these Terms, we give you limited permission to use the service and Content on your devices only to: learn about our services, connect with contractors if you're a homeowner, or connect with homeowners if you're a contractor. We keep all other rights not specifically granted here.
You may not:
- Use automated tools to copy or scrape Content without our permission
- Try to bypass our security measures
- Test for security vulnerabilities
- Use the service illegally or to compete with us
- Modify, sell or reverse engineer the service
- Harass others or pretend to be someone else
- Remove any copyright notices
Breaking these rules violates our Terms. We may terminate your access and take legal action.
User Content
You may submit content, comments and feedback ("User Content") through the service. Other users may be able to see content you submit.
You give WeFixYourPad permanent permission to use your User Content in any way and allow others to use it too, without compensating you.
When you submit User Content, you guarantee that:
- It contains no viruses or harmful components
- It doesn't violate anyone else's rights
- You have permission to use and share it
- You have permission to share any personal data included in it
We can remove or decline to publish any User Content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms.

- Posting pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, racist, or harmful content

- Going off-topic in discussion boards
- Promoting unauthorized ads, contests, or pyramid schemes

- Overloading our systems

We may monitor and moderate content but are not required to do so.
WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

We make no guarantees about the Service's features, reliability, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service meets your needs or is free from defects.
The Service may have interruptions and security issues.
We do not guarantee any contractor services. We are not involved in disputes between homeowners and contractors - you must handle these directly.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete content.
You are responsible for using the Service legally and following applicable laws.
Contractors are responsible for their employees' and workers' actions, including any property damage or wrongdoing.
WeFixYourPad and our team are not liable for any damages related to using or being unable to use the Service, including damages from content, errors, interruptions, or viruses.
Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.
If we are found liable, our maximum total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the past year.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to protect and reimburse WeFixYourPad against any claims or losses arising from: your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, your violation of laws or others' rights, or disputes about contractor services.
We control our legal defense even when you are indemnifying us. You agree to help with our defense strategy.
ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS - READ CAREFULLY
These Terms affect interstate commerce and are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
This section covers all disputes between you and WeFixYourPad, except intellectual property and small claims court cases.
Here's how disputes are handled:
Arbitration: If we can't resolve the issue in 30 days, either party can start binding arbitration in Philadelphia, PA under American Arbitration Association rules.
The arbitrator's decision is final and can be enforced in court. Each party pays their own costs and splits arbitration fees.
You give up your right to sue in court or have a jury trial.
Both parties agree to resolve disputes individually, not through class actions.
Exceptions: You can still go to court for intellectual property issues and small claims.
Opt-Out Right: You can opt out within 30 days by emailing
support@wefixyourpad.com with "ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER OPT-OUT" in the subject.
We'll give 30 days' notice of any changes to arbitration terms.
These arbitration terms survive if you stop using the Service.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
We communicate with users by email.
By using the Service, you agree to receive emails about your account and Service updates. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails.
